Wilhelm Eicker eK is a traditional family business from Solingen that has existed since 1928. Founded by Wilhelm Eicker, the company specialises in the production of high-quality special knives for the meat industry. With the takeover by Heinz Eicker in 1946 and later by Thomas Eicker, the company was continuously expanded and modernised. Today it is run by Nicholas Eicker in the fourth generation.

The company is known for its first-class meat knives, boning and cutting knives as well as sharpening steels, which are recognized worldwide. Eicker knives stand for quality "Made in Germany" and are manufactured on the most modern machines from selected special steels. The company exports its products to over 30 countries and has earned a firm place on the global market.
